At Beeline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Beeline account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
